Takashi Kosaki

Takashi Kosaki is Professor of Soil Science at the Department of Global Liberal Arts, Aichi University, Nagoya, Japan. After finishing his studies in Kyoto University, Japan, and the University of Wisconsin, he has been mainly working for establishing sustainable soil and land management strategies based on on-site research with modeling in tropical through cool temperate environments in East and West Africa, Southeast and Central Asia, Latin America, Eastern Europe, etc. He was serving the International Union of Soil Sciences (IUSS) as President in 2019-20 and is now as Past President liaising with the Geounions and the ISC.
